If cancelled by Chilly, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused portions

Standard session length is 60 minutes, but may be shorter or longer

No price adjustments regardless of actual session duration - focus is on quality, not time

Chilly can end sessions early if objectives are achieved

Primary platform is Zoom, backup is WhatsApp (subject to change)

Zoom invitations will be sent for scheduled meetings

"We" refers to Chilly and her team of colleagues who may assist with services

All session details remain strictly confidential between you and the practitioner/team

Most information kept on handwritten notes in personal files

Only minimal data stored online: email addresses, contact information and session notes

You're responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided
